Light up the smudge stick, then blow gently across the bundle get it glowing. Once the stick is smoking, pass the bundle over whatever needs cleansing or pass objects through the smoke.

The Sage sticks can be used as incense also. White Californian Sage ethically harvested is also available in loose leaves
